The Association’s purpose is to serve the public by
protecting the government’s rights in the bankruptcy legal
system though promotion of cooperation, communication, and
education of its members.
SABA's 2011 conference
"Bankruptcy
and Collection Issues", co-hosted with the National Association of Attorneys General,
took place October 23 - 26 in Austin, Texas, and was a
tremendous success! We hope to have conference photos posted
soon. Meanwhile, check out the 2010 Conference

We eagerly look forward to our
2012 Conference,
tentatively scheduled for early fall of 2012.
