Donn Rosenblum, Ohio Attorney General's Office, is presented with the Rachel Lehr Memorial Spirit Award by Karen Cordry, SABA Treasurer/NAAG Bankruptcy Counsel. The Award is named for Rachel Jeanne Lehr, late of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, and presented to the attorney best exemplifying the spirit of inter-state cooperation in multi-state bankruptcy litigation. Donn has taken a leading role in the defense raised by 23 states and the IRS to claims of made by the DBSI Estate Litigation Trust that tax deposits made by the company are recoverable under Idaho law as fraudulent conveyances.
